Twosday Pep Rally Has CDS Seeing Double!
The whole school C-E-L-E-B-R-A-T-E-D 2/22/22, which happened to fall on a Tuesday – earning it the name “Twosday”.
At a school-wide pep rally students were entertained by and incredible inflatables race, blanket pulls, and a taco eating contest were just a few of the fun-filled events on the BAC.
The winner of the taco eating contest was Mr. Flinn, the blanket pull competition was won by the elementary school teachers, and the inflatables race was won by Issa J.
Members of CDS US winter sports were also given recognition during the pep rally, including boys and girls soccer, wrestling, and boys and girls basketball.
Many people’s favorite part of the pep rally was the countdown for it being 2/22/22 at exactly 2:22 PM EST – at which time the entire school joined in singing the song 22, by Taylor Swift. Twosday was a lot of fun and enjoyed by all.
