Vallarta’s Review

The other day, I heard there was a new Mexican restaurant opening up this weekend in Wesley Chapel called Vallarta’s. On Saturday November 26, I went to the new Vallarta’s to have lunch. It is a Mexican theme with vibrant colors, and on the walls they have big hats. There is always Mexican music playing but there will sometimes be live music where the men wear these hats.

When I first got there it was lunch hour so it was busy since it opened recently. They had great customer service and all the staff treated you great. When I ordered, I looked at the menu and saw the big variety of food. There was a wide variety of food, not just Mexican food but burritos all the way to seafood and chicken. If you want to go out with the family, they can get chicken fingers or something besides Mexican food. I think that is pretty cool so everyone in the family enjoys their dinner or lunch.

I ordered the enchiladas supreme with beans, rice, cheese, meat, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. The food took a little longer than expected but that was okay because it was most definitely worth it. The way it melted perfectly in my mouth and the food was not cold. The seasoning was so perfect, like something I had never tasted before. The shell was cooked just right, not too crunchy and not too soft. The rice and everything else inside the enchilada was still warm by the time it arrived to me.

Overall, I was very pleased with everything. I would definitely go here again and recommend others to come here as well. I would give it a ⅘ for the service and food. This is a great place for families who are looking for a tasty meal.
