After the Tampa bay Buccaneers finished the season going 8-9 with a loss in the first round of playoffs to the Dallas Cowboys, they fired a lot of staff – including offense coordinator Bryon Leftwich. This shocked everyone.

Bruce Arians was one person that had said it hurt him the worst way. Arians said he was disappointed because he built a family around him. He wanted to give Todd Bowels (current head coach) the opportunity to create a family, however, they just started firing people left and right.

What does this mean for next season? Only time will tell.
